Glossary for the Opemans solution

Effective communication requires some conventions around vocabulary. These conventions are the first part of training. These conventions come as part of the overall concept of the solution.

Using the solution

Each person will learn to complete the frame provided for their position or define the framework for their colleagues. Two key elements: pragmatism, reflection (especially in the first Opemans experience), typing in the fields provided for this purpose. Self-appraisal will be the key module to conclude their "user" training.

Supervision of content

We suggest a technical validation of the initial position or file content (versus vocabulary conventions) to maintain motivation in engaging in this process.

Processing data and charts

Other than the charts already set out in the delivered solution, super-users can define others and save the relevant settings in order to serve specific needs of a given project or team.

Assistance for user input

Super-users have the right to make corrections or to simplify entered data. Spell-checking is also important for the purposes of analysing indicators entered.

Allocation of rights

Who can view/enter/change a function or a folder - this is subject to rules to be adapted to each customer.
